I purchased and ate a hot lunch plate: Chicken meatballs, potatoes with gravy, and steamed carrots. Also shared a cinnamon roll after the meal with my son. I drank a lemonade from the soda machine. Had severe stomach cramps overnight that led to diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

We ate there 4/25/2016 approx 12:30 (noon) I had the lunch chicken fried steak, gravy,green beans, salad and rolls..my wife ate different and did not get sick..so narrowed it to the green beans or something there in my order that was contaminated..getting home then within 8 hours… 更多

I had the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy and apples. The gravy tasted off, so I quit eating, but later that night, I had severe vomiting, cramping, diarrhea and fever for the next two days. I lost two days work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

吃了早午餐，包括鸡肉、面包、土豆泥/肉汁、馅料、豆沙拉、抛白菜沙拉和南瓜。直到半夜感觉还不错，然后突然间我感冒、恶心、腹泻，伴有胃部疼痛。随着下午的消失，疼痛正在消退。还有一定的消化不良和气体。

我昨天下午 1 点 55 分买了一顿饭。我在下午 2 点 10 分之前吃了它。到下午 5 点，我患有令人难以置信的抽筋和恶心，之后我发烧了并且从昨天起一直生病了白天和黑夜，我出现了无法控制的腹泻和呕吐。我订购的是 2 个肉汁，已经超过了建议的进食时间。鸡肉是粉红色/灰色的，质地粘糊糊糊的 Twister wrap 里面装有粘糊糊的灰鸡肉和蛋黄酱，味道好像在室温下未开封一样，这让我病得很重，沙门氏菌中毒了我经常从那里吃东西真是太不幸了而且这以前从未发生过。
