Cincinnati airport - grilled chicken burger + waffle fries. 05 March 2017.

买了烤鸡肉卷和牧场调味料，以及华夫饼干，8 块金块加蜂蜜芥末酱和柠檬水。吃完一个小时后，我发冷了，开始出现腹泻和呕吐。恶心开始，脱水，抽筋，并且在某一时刻也变得非常热。它持续了大约 36 个小时。

我一生中从未生过如此剧烈的病。我在下午 1 点左右吃了一个烤鸡肉三明治，到晚上 8 点，我就像圣克拉丽塔饮食第一集中的德鲁·巴里摩尔一样。可怕的胃痛，汗水和发冷，像我以前从未有过的呕吐和腹泻。初次发作 16 小时后我现在感觉好多了，但是我体重减轻了 3 磅，而且我的整个身体都因为剧烈的呕吐而疼痛。太糟糕了。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

我总是在 Chic-fil-A 吃饭，但是上周四我从来没有把烤鸡块和一些美味的蜂蜜芥末酱一起吃过。这是我那天整天唯一吃的东西。我在 10:30 左右吃了。大约在 4:30，我开始感到胃部不适。我回家了，腹泻非常严重，然后立即开始把所有食物从胃里吐出来。接下来的 12 个小时左右我有腹泻。我决定下周去学校，只是因为我拒绝吃饭而没有呕吐。整个星期五我都感到非常虚弱、脱水、恶心和生病。从那以后我确实感觉好多了，但是从那以后一直有消化问题，过去 5 天一直无法吃完饭而不会感到不适。
