My husband and I ate chickfila salads around 7pm. I had the market salad and he had the cobb with grilled chicken. We spent the entire night and next day sick, vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered grilled chicken teriyaki (which was fine), with a side of mushrooms and zucchini. The mushrooms & zucchini were the culprits! I ended up with severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever of 101.6, and colitis!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
