吃了 10/31/2019 有可怕的食物中毒 16 小时，每小时呕吐，这么多，我在第二天早上失去了 4 磅。我苗条，所以这是不好的减肥。我服用了活性炭，Lugol 和嗜酸杆菌，这使我感觉更好。3 天后，我不能吃任何东西，但汤，感觉虚弱，无法恢复我的正常活动。我永远不会购买任何新鲜或包装。他们要么在厨房里切割交叉污染的肉，要么脏手，要么在厨房里，显然没有清洁标准的做法。肮脏。
