昨天我大部分时间都在外出之前吃了一碗麦片。晚上 7 点左右我和一些朋友一起去了。我得到了一半的玉米片碗和一些茶，我总是喝茶，因为它可以帮助我远离苏打水。纳乔碗非常 “汤”，当它被描述为含有 “调味肉” 时，我非常怀疑，但它是我能找到的卡路里最低的一餐。我吃了整个东西是因为它只有一半的订单。当我回到家时，我每晚都有三勺柯克兰香草冰淇淋。冰淇淋从来没有让我生病，我在晚上 9 点 30 分左右吃了。到了午夜，我有腹泻和胃痛。睡眠断断续续，到早上 8 点我不得不喝些 pepo bismol。这帮助了，现在是 1:30。一小时前我有更多的腹泻。我现在感觉很好，但是今天是我的休息日，生病已经浪费了 5 个小时。

我订购了沙拉，里面有帕尔马火腿、肉馅蔬菜、洋葱挞和三个冷蔬菜面（料理鼠王、tampenade 和茄子）。
最初我们认为这家餐厅非常愉快，我们尝到的食物还可以（减去极咸的 tampenade）。

但是，在吃完饭后的两个小时内（下午 3 点左右），我开始感到非常不适，并且出现了严重的食物中毒症状！最初我开始感到非常恶心，然后我的胃痉挛和腹泻开始了。我在 24 小时内出现了大约 20 次腹泻，变得严重脱水和虚弱。我不能吸入太多的液体，所以变得非常头晕和不适。幸运的是我自己是一名医生，所以我知道那时我需要做些什么来尽可能多地帮助自己。

我的朋友们也感到有点不适，因为他们尝试了一点我的食物，但幸运的是没有像我这样完全出现症状！两人都报告了一次腹泻。他们试过我盘子上的填塞。

我确定这是我吃的食物，因为除此之外我整天没有任何东西，而且在去餐厅之前以前完全没问题。

现在已经快一周了，我仍然无法正常进食，不得不继续请病假。

食品卫生当局需要检查那家餐厅的标准，以防止其他人像我一样生病！这是游客在 eze 村最方便用餐的餐厅，因此如果不进行调查，很多人可能会像我一样病得很重！
