I ate Chipotle Mexican Grill on 12/11/2018 I had a bowl containing (chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, sour cream, corn, avocado, and red salsa. 30 min later I had diarrhea and felt very nauseous and started vomiting uncontrollably. 昨天上班之前我得到了炸玉米饼。我吃了一个炸玉米饼和一口墨西哥披萨，一个小时后我的胃开始抽筋，一个小时后我开始在工作中呕吐。我必须提前 4 个小时让马槽进来然后回家。我回到家后 diaherra 开始了。我吃了辣椒。我去了急诊所，他们说是的，我患有食源性疾病，也就是食物中毒。他们给了我一个机会让我平静下来。
