Ordered online yesterday afternoon with a pick up time of 6:30 pm. Ordered a create your own pasta - 1 Cucina Mia of the following:

-Rigatoni
-Creamy mushroom sauce
-Grilled Chicken
-Garden Vegetables
-Garden Salad with no onions
-Breadsticks

I ate there at 6pm on January 8th. I ate the mushroom burger. Tasted weird. Felt sick within an hour. Vomited about 1 hour afterwards. Severe stomach distress. Have been vomiting with explosive diarrhea. It is 1:30 am and I haven't been able to sleep or lie… 更多

Shared a medium mushroom and cheese pizza with a friend on Friday night. I ate less so I was only ill until Saturday around 3pm but she is still sick now on Sunday. I had diarrhea, but my friend has diarrhea, vomiting and nausea still.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered Double Mushroom Swiss Meal (Beef) at 8.30 pm on Sunday, 5 January 2020. I feel nauseated. I got diarrhoea at around 12 midnight, and almost fainted. I am sure I got the food poisoning from the burger as I hadn’t eaten anything since 12 noon that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心
