Bought French onion soup and a half of chicken salad sandwich. After eating didn't feel to well. Ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea after that still didn't feel well. Stomach was still turning afterwards threw up twice.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate French Onion soup and a small amount of Mac and Cheese at 6:30 pm, 9/14/17. By 2 am on 9/15, I was sweating and had a fever and then had diarrhea five times and it finally stopped at 8:30 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Packos pizza, bacon cheeseburger pizza, with onion and mushroom. Cramps, nausea, diarrhea 12 or do hours after. Also had a friend that shared pizzas. Same symptoms, but his took about 24hrs to manifest  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
