We ate hot wings, pepperoni & jalapeno, and pepperoni, bacon, onion and canadian bacon pizza. We ate Thursday Oct. 26th. The symptoms started the following morning.
Its the only thing my family ate that was the same and we all have the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a cheeseburger with jalepenios mayo, mustard, ketchup. No onions but I got onion rings. It’s been 10 hours and I’m still going. It’s not from anything else because that’s all I had to eat besides breakfast.

10/4/17-445pm Subway 俱乐部，意大利香草面包，生菜，泡菜，黄瓜，洋葱，牧场，辣椒酱。进食后 2 小时内，我变得非常恶心，开始因发冷和胃痛而呕吐。我家人的其余部分都有麦当劳，没有生病。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战

I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had the new carved turkey footling sub on 9 grain with shredded cheddar olives tomatoes lettuce, onion with the cranberry sauce and light mayo toasted. At the sandwich around 7:30pm .. twisting and turning around 3am painful diarrhea 5am  | 症状: 腹泻

我今天大约 11:30 吃了。大约 12:30 我得了严重的胃痉挛然后变得恶心。我服用了 gas x 和 tums 来排除胃灼热或消化不良。大约一个小时后，我在痛苦中翻了一番。我回家大约三点钟开始呕吐。我刚完成。我也有发冷、出汗和胸痛。我吃了糙米、鸡肉、pico、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪、甜椒和洋葱。
