We ate hot wings, pepperoni & jalapeno, and pepperoni, bacon, onion and canadian bacon pizza. We ate Thursday Oct. 26th. The symptoms started the following morning.
Its the only thing my family ate that was the same and we all have the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a cheeseburger with jalepenios mayo, mustard, ketchup. No onions but I got onion rings. It’s been 10 hours and I’m still going. It’s not from anything else because that’s all I had to eat besides breakfast.

10/4/17- 445pm Subway club, Italian herb bread, lettuce, pickles, cucumber, onion, ranch, chipotle sauce. Within 2 hours of eating I became very nauseas and began vomiting with chills and stomach pain. I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I had the new carved turkey footling sub on 9 grain with shredded cheddar olives tomatoes lettuce, onion with the cranberry sauce and light mayo toasted. At the sandwich around 7:30pm .. twisting and turning around 3am painful diarrhea 5am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
