I ate at the Olive Garden at 7655 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.

We had calamari for appetizer, house salad, tour of italy course(Shrimp Scampi, Spinach Ricotta Mezzaluna Ravioli with Pesto Alfredo, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Symptoms started within 30 min to an hour eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Braamfontein 的 Daleah Eatery 我写这封电子邮件是为了报告我吃了一份奶油香蒜酱意大利面（不含鸡肉和额外的哈鲁米）后遭受的食物中毒案例。2017 年 7 月 11 日星期二 16:30 左右，我去餐厅和朋友见面吃点东西，他们已经在我抵达时下了订单。我下了订单，收到了我的餐点，像往常一样享受我的饭菜，然后在 15 分钟左右之后，我开始感觉胃部有轻微抽筋，我没有认真对待它。17:30 左右，当我离开餐厅时，我被剧烈的恶心所淹没，立刻开始呕吐我和我在一起的朋友，表现得非常熟练，速度很快，我找到了一辆把我送往医院的旅程。此时我患有剧烈的胃痛，几乎无法站立或行走，疼痛持续了将近 3 个小时。这是我那天吃过的唯一一顿饭，因为我正在打破禁食期，我被送往米尔帕克医院，在那里我住院了，然后滴水冲洗胃中的毒素，减轻疼痛并平衡血液和胃含量的pH值。然后我被带去做 X 光检查，血液检查不是为了检查这种疾病是否是由先前存在的疾病引起的，所有结果都清楚了，医生得出的结论是食物中毒，他们写了一份医疗报告并填写了我需要服用一个月的处方。

我和我妻子去那里她订购了鸡肉香蒜帕尼尼尼。吃完了几个小时后她感觉很恶心。第二天凌晨 4 点左右她开始投掷，周围都觉得可怕我们只是以为她有胃虫。然后在午餐时我下班回家吃了同样的鸡 panini，最终在几个小时内生病了。

Ordered the Pesto Cavatappi, about an hour or two after eating half of it, I felt absolutely horrible. I woke up the next morning with the same horrible feeling couples with diarrhea and feeling like wanting to vomit. Diarrhea persisted for about 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ordered the Gluten free rotini, added shrimp and the new pesto sauce. Before I even left the restaurant my stomach became upset and later that evening felt nauseous. Not sure if it was the Pesto or the shrimp. I continued to feel nauseous the next day.  | 症状: 恶心
