症状：Diahrea，剧烈腹痛（疼痛量表为 10/10），发烧，寒战，冷汗。
注意：我很确定是橄榄还是蘑菇。最有可能是蘑菇，因为它们通常是新鲜的，而罐装的橄榄则是新鲜的
以前在这里吃过没问题。新的地方，非常干净和友好的工作人员。我实际上是 7 日在这里和另外 5 个人一起吃过的，没有任何抱怨。昨晚（7/10/18）晚上 7 点左右，我们拿起了 2 个披萨：
披萨 #1-大意大利辣香肠
披萨 #2-大白雪皑皑的阿尔卑斯山-用新鲜的西红柿代替整个披萨切成丁的番茄（但他们忘记了比萨饼上没有西红柿，因此排除了西红柿）。1/2 的比萨饼没有橄榄或蘑菇。唯一生病的人是那些用橄榄和蘑菇一边吃的人，这是我的女儿和我。我摄入的量比她多，所以我的症状更加严重。由于严重的腹痛，我们俩都在半夜（凌晨 1 点至凌晨 2 点左右）醒来。我的情况太严重了，上面有阑尾炎，我的疼痛太严重了，令人眼花缭乱和恶心。伴随着已经提到的其他症状。20 小时后，我还在床上睡觉，胃部有轻微的胃痛和气泡状的不安。如果我站起来或坐起来会更糟。我服用了一些活性炭药丸，这有助于使我的胃中毒，但它仍然非常起泡和不安。
我不怪这家企业，我认为这已经完成了与蘑菇共同驯化的污垢，因为还有其他报道称，全国各地的其他人在食用了来自各个地区的蘑菇的食物后生病了类似的症状。除非有人抱怨，否则食品企业怎么知道存在问题。
