I ate at Chipotle around noon on Saturday July 28th. I had a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, veggies and sour cream. Started fleeing severe stomach cramps and had dirreaha early the next morning around 5AM and was in bed all day Sunday with those symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻

7 月 27 日星期五，我吃了一个肉饼碗，里面有白米饭、绿莎莎、玉米莎莎、pico de Gallo 和鳄梨调味酱的薯条。星期六中午我经历了好几次腹泻，而且很痛。星期六晚上我经历了疼痛和寒战。整晚都在汗水中醒来，要么很热，要么很冷。周日感觉非常筋疲力尽，整天都在睡觉。今天 7 月 30 日又有一个松散的碗运动，但感觉还不错。
