I had a combination platter #3 on Feb 3rd of chicken enchilada (verde), chile relleno, chicken flauta, beans and rice. 4 hours later the explosive diarrhea and cramps began and was relentless for 8 hours. The next day I had several more episodes and was not right again until 1 week later.  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a plate of carne asada, rice, and there was avacado on the top. That night I had bad diarrhea. Gave it another go two weeks later. Tried the chicken tacos. They were already made. Delicious! Same result, got the runs that night. Ok next day.  | 症状: 腹泻

我吃了鸡肉玉米片配米饭、豆类、queso、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和墨西哥胡椒。那是晚上 5 点到晚上 9 点左右，我的肚子抽筋有一种搅动的感觉。我几乎无法入睡。半夜醒来时出现腹泻和呕吐。第二天胃痛太严重了我无法起床。

I had a veggie bowl. Not even any meat on it. Rice, beans, corn, guac, sour cream, lettuce, cheese. Ate it for lunch around 2 pm. I started feeling nauseous around 10 pm, didn’t eat anything in between. Then vomit and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
