香肠肉，黑豆，糙米，中微微，酸奶油，奶酪。上午 11 点 30 分吃了。下午 4 点之前正在使用洗手间。下班后再来一次。凌晨 3 点醒来时有轻微的发烧和有史以来最严重的疼痛/肌肉痉挛，但无力。那天晚上我睡觉之前开始感觉有点奇怪，但是直到凌晨 3 点才起来。第二天仍能从轻度发烧、腹泻、抽筋和整体虚弱中恢复过来。

It was two weeks ago and yesterday, I ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, vegetables( bell peppers& onions), extra corn, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, & lettuce. I threw most of it up 2 hours after consuming it and had diarrhea this morning. I got it at 6 pm on October 11, 2016  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
