Ate lunch at 1:30 pm, Chicken Bowl Chicken Bowl, Brown Rice,Black Beans,Pico de Gallo
Hot Salsa, Shredded Cheese had elevated heart rate all throughout day (fitbit) and by evening came the stomach cramps, nausea , diarreah, violent vomitting by midnight, continued high heart rate vomitting and diarrhea.

昨晚 3 月 31 日晚上 9 点左右我去了 Chipotle。我点了一个碗来搭配糙米前蔬菜鸡肉温和的莎莎热莎莎玉米鳄梨调味酱生菜和一袋薯条。我晚上 10 点回家吃了。我今天早上 4 点左右醒来时感到极度恶心。到了早上 6 点，这是一个严重的腹泻病例。我感觉很虚弱。而且我通常不会得到肚子上一次的虫子我不记得了。我这样生病了。

Ordered a bowl with brown rice, black beans, carnitas, hot salsa and cheese. I didn't eat at chipotle for about a year, wasn't sick before hand and after eating it I felt ok. Now I have a 100-101 fever, in pain and Im going to the hospital.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I got a burrito bowl from the Simi Valley Chipotle Location. Steak, Cheese, brown rice, vegetables, tomatoes, corn, and lettuce. About 2 hours after I started sweating profusely, and I still am. I almost pooped my pants on a walk, and my stomach keeps turning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Ate at chipotle at 5:30 PM yesterday, burrito bowl, brown rice, no beans, sofritas and chicken, extra fajita, extra pico, hot sauce, and half sour cream. Woke up in the morning with terrible clear diarrhea, stomach cramps, no fever but mild body aches, and lower back pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
