3 月 16 日在蒸米饭上吃了蘑菇鸡的午餐。后来，我感到气体臃肿，胃痛很少。到了晚上，我整晚都因恶心和极度腹泻而变得更糟。第二天我脱水了，太虚弱了，无法开车，所以一个朋友给我带了一些佳得乐。这可能是我没去看医生就病过的最严重的一次。那是 6 天前的事，我现在感觉有点恢复正常。

我在 2016 年 3 月 17 日星期四去了 Chipotle。我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白/糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和奶酪。吃完之后我感觉还不错，直到第二天因为 diaherra 我不得不跑去洗手间。我星期六早上醒来，又跑到洗手间。我感觉很恶心，胃痉挛。

2016 年 3 月 16 日 1 点 15 分左右我在熊猫卡马里洛吃过
我吃了橙鸡、照烧鸡、炒饭和面条。
进食大约一个小时后，我有严重的胃痛/抽筋。尝试使用浴室尝试将其从我的系统中取出，但不能去。
我已经完成了熊猫！！
