我吃了一份绿色的女神沙拉，8 小时后醒来时我的上腹部出现了极度抽筋的浪潮，然后腹泻持续了 10 个小时。头痛、低烧、发冷和疼痛。
去看医生，他们确认这是食物中毒，可能与长叶莴苣 ecoli 爆发有关。
