July 22. I had the falafel salad, my husband had the chicken Cobb salad, my kids the kid meal (chicken, cooked veggies, toast).
My husband and I got diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, but not the kids. What we are in common was the lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
