我在 12 月 10 日下午 5 点 30 分在这里吃过饭。吃了有生菜的薯条和莎莎酱、大米和牛肉辣酱玉米饼馅。我女儿吃了米饭和奶酪墨西哥玉米饼。她没生病。12/10 我开始出现可怕的胃痉挛和腹泻。我吃的所有东西都经过了我。我错过了2天的工作。到 12 月 20 日，症状还没有好转，所以我去看了医生。完成了血液检查（所有腹泻中的钾含量都很低，所以现在我必须服药）。粪便样本对大肠杆菌呈阳性反应。9 天后，我还没结束，所以我现在正在服用抗生素。
