我是从洛杉矶前往拉斯维加斯过生日的，然后在下午 1 点左右被 Chipotle 送去吃一顿快餐。我有鸡肉卷饼、糙米、黑豆、热莎莎、微微、guac 和奶酪。到 3 小时后我们到达拉斯维加斯时，情况还不对。试图休息但情况继续恶化。到我们安排晚餐的时候，我处在一个糟糕的地方。我不得不坐下来看着我的 7 个朋友来回去洗手间呕吐时享受我听说的一顿美餐。腹部疼痛太可怕了，很快就变成了腹泻。晚饭后我放弃了，在进出发烧时试着睡觉。第二天发烧消失了，但我胃里的疼痛又持续了 24 小时。一个墨西哥卷饼摧毁了整个生日周末。谢谢 Chipotle

I ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, mild and green salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and ate it around 7:00 PM on 12/5/16. I vomited it all up at 12:30 AM on 12/6/16.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我在 12 月 1 日晚上 7 点左右吃了。我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、温和热辣的莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。我的朋友也有同样的东西，但是吃了 sofritas 而不是鸡肉，也没有豆子。我回家睡了一个小时才在晚上 9 点 30 分醒来把整个东西都塞回去。在接下来的十二个小时里，每二十到三十分钟就是这样。现在是第二天了，我只是有一个疯狂的偏头痛和身体酸痛，有轻微的恶心。
