我和我的家人星期五下午去了 Chipotle。我有一个装有鸡肉、奶酪、大米酸奶油和豆子的碗。直到午夜左右我感觉很正常，我的胃真的很剧痛。第二天我整天都在呕吐，一直去洗手间。整个星期一晚上我都有胃痛，但现在好多了。再也回不去了！！！

7 月 27 日吃了我是晚上，28 日下午开始出现恶心和偏头痛。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、牛排、酸奶油和奶酪。28 日晚上我病得很重，虚弱，开始有 diareah。那又持续了两天，只会变得更糟。我也经历了寒冷和剧烈出汗的爆发。最重要的是，我有很多胃痉挛，48 小时几乎没吃任何东西。

我星期天晚上在鲍威尔订购了 chipotle。第二天早上腹泻开始了。我有只能说是爆炸性的腹泻瀑布，腹部有痛苦的尖锐感觉。我的身体非常痛苦，甚至很难走动。我有一个卷饼，里面有白米饭，平托豆，牛排，玉米，辣酱，酸奶油，奶酪，薯条和鳄梨调味酱。
