我丈夫和我都在周六 09/12 月 20 日下午 6 点 15 分在那里吃了一个牛排碗。他吃了鳄梨酱，但我没有，那天晚上他醒来时有极端的胃痉挛。他患有严重腹泻、汗水、发冷、身体疼痛、高烧，3 天内失去了 13 磅。我打电话来看看是否有人报告生病了但当时没有人生病了我们不是肯定的，这是鳄梨酱，但不能想到还有什么可能。

On May 5th I got a steak bowl, taco shells, and chips and queso. Ever since I ate all of this , I have had diarrhea for the past 3 days and now I keep vomiting! Upon vomiting I noticed there was rice in my vomit and I haven’t had rice since eating on the 5th!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
