Family of 3 people had Italian sausage hambergar and strawberry sundae at food court, and then had some sample food later. Wife and daughter had stomachache. I had stomachacache and serious diarrhe. Still wonder which food went wrong?  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 4 月 21 日订购了芝士汉堡薯条草莓奶昔作为晚餐。吃完食物后大约 3 小时后生病，呕吐腹泻会发冷头痛。我知道不是从午餐开始的，因为我问一个伙伴我们吃的同一顿午餐是否让他生病了，他说不。我知道是来自 Steak 和 Shake 的。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 头痛, 寒战

下午 3 点左右进来吃了巨无霸、薯条、健怡可乐和草莓圣代。男朋友有薯条，鸡肉嫩和雪碧。
他没事。大约 2 小时后，我开始感到恶心，整个晚上和晚上都躺在床上，恶心和抽筋，午夜左右开始呕吐。整晚都会因抽筋而死在床上。第二天必须乘飞机，我是如此虚弱和精疲力尽之后去机场比本来应该的还要艰难

Got take out of 1/2 turkey bacon avocado and 1/2 strawberry chicken salad. About 1/2 hour after eating took a nap, then felt sick about 2 hours after eating. About an hour later was vomiting profusion.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a mcchicken, shamrock shake and the very last pie they had-strawberry cream. It was around 230pm on 4/14/2017. Everything TASTED fine... But it was kinda busy when I was in there so I'm not sure.. It is now 6pm and I am very sick with the symptoms above.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚在那里吃了几个小时之内疼痛翻了一番腹部痉挛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐持续了一整晚... 今天醒来还生病了无法进食或喝胃痛我的男朋友和我在内陆地区大吃一惊后变得有症状...我们分享了开胃菜椰子虾和草莓脆饼... 不知道是哪个是罪魁祸首，但是如果我还是天气不好的话，我会找一个医生来确认
