Family of 3 people had Italian sausage hambergar and strawberry sundae at food court, and then had some sample food later. Wife and daughter had stomachache. I had stomachacache and serious diarrhe. Still wonder which food went wrong?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered cheeseburger fries strawberry shake for supper on 4/21/17. After eating food became ill approx 3 hours later with vomiting diarrhea chills headache. I know it wasn't from lunch because I asked a buddy if the same lunch we ate made him sick and he said no. I know it was from Steak and Shake.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills

Got take out of 1/2 turkey bacon avocado and 1/2 strawberry chicken salad. About 1/2 hour after eating took a nap, then felt sick about 2 hours after eating. About an hour later was vomiting profusion.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
