从不列颠哥伦比亚省维多利亚的塔可酒吧订购鸡肉软炸玉米饼。我和妻子都在星期四晚上吃了炸玉米饼。我们出现腹胀、腹泻、抽筋和恶心的症状。错过了一天的工作。周五晚上还是不太好。塔可有香菜、鸡肉、糙米、全麦玉米饼、生菜、鳄梨调味酱。温和的绿色莎莎。非常棒，第一次体验 WF。

On 2/14/18 I ate lunch around 11:30 AM at the DuPont Subway. I had the Steak Chipotle wrap on a tomato tortilla. Within an hour my stomach was upset but the nausea and vomiting didn’t set in until 8PM. I was up all night vomiting until 3AM… 更多

下午 6 点左右吃了一个鸡碗，里面装有白米饭，fajita 蔬菜，奶酪，酸奶油，鳄梨调味酱，薯条/玉米饼-晚上 11 点 30 分左右开始剧烈头痛，恶心/剧烈呕吐，使我睡不着了。第二天下午 6 点，仍然每小时都在呕吐，无法保持任何东西。如果早上不是更好的话去看医生。6 个月来第二次 Chipotle。没打动。

My bf and I each got a burrito. His was Tequila Lime Chicken and mine was steak. I know mine also had pico and the corn salsa where his did not. We shared a bowl chicken tortilla soup too. He is fine but I'm quite ill.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我在小麦玉米饼上放了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面装满了 qdoba 鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和香菜。我下午 1 点左右在那里吃过。第二天凌晨 4 点左右，我醒来时胃部灼热疼痛、发冷、发烧、头痛和严重腹泻。后来我发现这是沙门氏菌中毒。
