我和我的女儿于 2018 年 8 月 26 日下午 1 点左右在查理吃了。我们俩都吃了同样的东西，那是普通的费城人，奶酪，洋葱，生菜番茄和蛋黄酱和薯条。我开始像凌晨 1 点左右开始出现严重的胃痛，还有恶心。我从凌晨 1 点 30 分开始腹泻，这使我整夜无法上厕所。我星期一开始上班，我们醒来后我仍然有同样的症状，而且一整天都没吃任何东西，因为我的感觉如何，我害怕吃任何东西。星期一晚上 12:45，我开始呕吐，这也持续了我星期二无法上班的那个晚上。我的女儿也只经历了一些腹泻和刺伤胃痛。
