我有一个墨西哥卷饼和你的基本鸡肉、豆类、大米、酸奶油、生菜和奶酪。吃完之后，整个晚上我都感到恶心，几个小时后睡觉前就吐了起来。从那时起，我每两个小时醒来一次呕吐并出现虚弱和发烧症状。现在已经过了一天半了，昨晚我又吐了起来，并且继续感觉肚子里有一个坑，我觉得自己随时都可以吐出来。
