在 Chipotle 吃饭后 45 分钟我开始感到不适。我开始呕吐，有腹泻，恶心伴有极度的胃痛，无法保持任何水分，因此极度脱水。我当时在那个地方大约 9 点。由于持续出现上述症状，我一直无法入睡，现在已经是 6a，也开始发冷。

我星期五吃了一个饭碗。酸奶油没有豆子牛奶酱鸡肉奶酪和生菜。那个星期五我只吃了两件东西... 那天晚上早餐和墨西哥辣椒我感觉很恐怖，所以我安抚了一些胃。当我在工作的时候，我有点头痛和腹痛，但没有胃口，我回家把生菜和米饭扔了，所有看起来像的东西都在我的饭碗里。但是我还没在那里完成！我也多次使用洗手间。我喝了姜汁汽水。

Me, my wife and my daughter had Chipotle this Friday evening around 8:30 PM. After that my daughter start vomiting around 10 - 11 pm. She vomited 5-6 times in the night and vomited once on Saturday. She had ~100 degree fever. I started throwing up on Saturday evening. Luckily my wife is fine.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
