4 月 7 日星期日。下午 12:30-1:00 我吃了猪肉和蘑菇、牛肉和西兰花、鸡肉和西兰花、胡椒鸡、虾、炒饭、白米饭和青豆。我离开时开始感到头晕。我等了几分钟才感觉消退，但情况只会变得更糟。我丈夫和那个高个子男收银员帮我上了车，因为我不能走路。我很恶心，在回家的 40 分钟车程中开始呕吐。我的肚子抽筋，我的头在游泳，我无法集中眼睛或说话。下午 2 点我被带到了 ER。当我被推进的时候我就扔了还是不能说话或移动我的四肢。他们以为我中风很大，所以叫直升机把我送到法戈。天气太糟糕了，无法飞行，所以安排了地面交通。他们做了完整的血液检查以及我的头部和胃部的 CT 扫描，所有这些都恢复了正常。在等待交通的时候，我开始形成言语，能够说一点，开始感觉好多了。他们取消了运输，我好一点了。我终于在 7 点半被释放。24 小时后，我仍然头晕，感到恶心，不能独自行走，需要帮助才能出行。自从昨天以来我没吃过东西，自问题以来我只有水。

Hollanidaise sauce and m, Breakfast was cold and sauce was thick and hard, seemed like it was left out. Approximately 2 hours after eating I felt uncomfortable. 排骨，我自己3我的男朋友我10个月大。我买了排骨然后煮了。在吃它们的时候，我注意到它们很坚硬而且很难咀嚼。我煮的时候没有血。我的男朋友身体疼痛、发冷、发烧、出汗和旋转。我有以上所有东西，还有呕吐和胃痉挛。我女儿有躁动不安呕吐和疲劳。
