3 月 23 日，星期五，晚上 7:30。
订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、法吉塔蔬菜、牛排、番茄、玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。

半夜醒来，有呕吐的冲动令人恶心。即使使用空间加热器和多条毯子，也感觉虚弱并且发冷。大约三个小时后呕吐后感觉好多了。24 小时后，只是出现水样腹泻和食欲不振。浪费了我整个星期六睡在床上。

My girlfriend and I decided to stop in for lunch. Not too much else is important, but started feeling ill less than 24 hours later. Today Saturday, March 25 I am still not feeling better. I went to the emergency room on the morning of Friday, March 24, 2017. That’s the only thing I ate around then.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
