I got a chicken burrito with hot salsa, rice, and cheese. And it was super good! But ever since I have not been able to hold anything down, or it comes out violently. My fever has been consistent for 5+ days now and the only thing that helps is extra strength Tylenol.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate at chipotle Thursday (July 20) with my girlfriend. I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans, pico de Gallo, lettuce and guacamole. Started having crazy diarrhea the day after and it was constant every 10-15 minutes. I felt discomfort and pain… 更多

星期四（7 月 20 日）吃了，症状从星期五晚上开始。有一个鸡碗里有糙米和白米饭，fajita 蔬菜，pico de gallo，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。每隔 10-15 分钟就会出现极度水样的腹泻，伴随着剧烈的胃/腹部疼痛，感觉像是收缩。今天是星期天早上（上午 8:04），我现在在 ER。将接受猫扫描。当它来去去去时，胃部的疼痛/不适感就像是 10 的比例为 1-10。

我去了吉尔伯特和华纳的 Chipotle。我订购了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面装有：白米饭、黑豆、双鸡、pico、玉米莎莎酱、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。当我的胃开始受伤时，我只吃了大约 1/4 的碗，所以我以为我已经吃饱了，但是很惊讶，因为我大麦吃了任何东西。大约 10 分钟后，我开始感到非常糟糕的胃痛，我感到恶心。我觉得自己的肚子里有很多气体，所以我去了洗手间。（图解）就在我坐在马桶上的时候，我立即开始从肛门中喷出液体，但它没有停止 10 分钟。即使我停止排出液体，我仍然感到恶心。我留在厕所里是因为我知道有些不对劲。现在，在 17 年 7 月 22 日整夜上厕所的第二天，我还在跑去洗手间重温我严重不舒服的胃。我建议妈妈，让她知道如果它没有停止或者如果我开始呕吐我会去急速室。我对 Chipotle 感到非常失望，因为它们是我最喜欢的餐厅
