吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面放着糙米，鸡肉，玉米，酸奶油，番茄，生菜和高加索。7 月 15 日星期六中午左右。周六晚上开始感到恶心，周日下午开始感到恶心。呕吐，胃痛不好，头晕，第二天跑步，虚弱，差点消失了几次。我已经下降了 3 天！

Thursday July 6th. On vacation in Colorado Springs. We all ate Chipotle at around 7pm. My daugheter who ate sofritas (the only thing others did not have), became violently ill, vomiting, and diarrhea within 3 hours. She was very sick for about 48 hours.
