我在 11 月 19 日 3 点半之前去了威尔明顿派克的办事处，下了订单。我把它带回家然后在 4 点 15 分左右吃掉了。好吧，我在 11 月 20 日醒来准备工作，但我有腹泻、剧烈的胃痛和恶心。这种情况持续了一整天，我现在还在经历痛苦（11 月 21 日下午 3 点 30 分）。我预约了医生，看看是否可能是大肠杆菌，因为刚刚宣布了另一起疫情。直到周五下午 2 点 15 分才能见到我。我订购了一个碗，里面放着玉米饼、白米饭、黑豆、牛排和肉饼（全份）、热莎莎、酸奶油和生菜。:-(

Ordered Sofritas tacos, detected something unusual in a bite. Spit it out, upon inspection there was in fact chicken mixed into the sofritas. I haven't consumed meat in 7 years. It wasn't a pleasant evening.  | 症状: 腹泻

Barbacoa burrito bowl, brown rice, both beans, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and corn. No lettuce. Didn’t even finish the bowl only ate half. An hour later I was so sick. Finally fell asleep and woke up extremely ill an hour later. Didn’t feel better til the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
