I got the three cheese nachos with steak, lettuce, sour cream, rice and cheese and ate that around 7 pm. By midnight I was having excruciating pain in my stomach and sat with my head in the toilet for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

Steak burrito. Food poisoning. Lots of vomiting and diarrhea at the store on Hampden. Date was Wed 2/19 Just me. I got sick 6 hours after I ate. The store seemed understaffed with lots of dirty pans in sight but j have eaten there many times  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

beef burrito Family picked up take out Friday night. The 3 of us all ate different things. Diarrhea started Saturday by Sunday I still had that plus chills, headache and nausea.
As of Sunday, my niece was also ill with diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛, 寒战

我的女儿在鸡肉和饭碗里，正如她在学校的热午餐那样。在一小时左右的时间内，她就经历了极端的胃痛和恶心，随后会出现呕吐和爆炸性腹泻。她也看起来很苍白。如果她试图喝任何东西（佳得乐），一旦它撞到她的肚子，她就会呕吐。她那天早上上学的时候很好，她唯一吃的就是那个鸡肉和饭碗。她的所有症状都与食物中毒和胃虫一致。我还让她的学校意识到这种情况，因为他们与餐馆签订合同，每周有一天为学生提供午餐。
