我女朋友下令去一场终极盛宴。我在 8 点 30 分左右醒来，我在午夜左右醒来扔掉了。3 小时后我又扔了 4 次。我发冷和发烧了。大约 7 点我为了喝佳得乐而吐了 4 次。我必须在下午 1 点参加强制性的 Ada 课程才能上班，直到我出去扔了 4 次。从 1 月 6 日到 9 日我终于结束了。我打算设置一个医生应用程序是因为我的下巴受伤了。活着我感觉好多了，很高兴。我是单身父亲，我的女儿需要我。

Dined at Red Lobster in Lakewood, CA, the afternoon of January 7, 2018 and as soon as our departure, there were immediate signs of nausea. I ordered stuffed mushrooms, a garden salad, a Virgin strawberry daquiri and a few of their famous Red Lobster biscuits.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate cheddar biscuits, salmon with Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes. Got the house salad with my meal. Felt sick the next day starting with diarrhea followed by vomited the next day. Sick 6 days so far... Person I ate with got sick as well. Only foods we had in common were salad and the biscuits.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
