Dined at Red Lobster in Lakewood, CA, the afternoon of January 7, 2018 and as soon as our departure, there were immediate signs of nausea. I ordered stuffed mushrooms, a garden salad, a Virgin strawberry daquiri and a few of their famous Red Lobster biscuits.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate cheddar biscuits, salmon with Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes. Got the house salad with my meal. Felt sick the next day starting with diarrhea followed by vomited the next day. Sick 6 days so far... Person I ate with got sick as well. Only foods we had in common were salad and the biscuits.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
