I ate chipotle and for the past few days I haven’t been able to eat anything and i have been throwing up at having painful black liquid diarrhea it was the most sick I have ever been and my stomach is in so much pain but I can’t eat anything so I’m constantly hungry and it has still not stopped

Ate at the Powell Ohio Chipolte on 7/29. I had a Chicken burrito bowl with no beans. Started to feel sick when I woke up. Stayed at work until 2pm. I had to leave because I have a fever, chills, nausea, rapid heart beat, muscle aches, abdominal pain and a headache. Will be glad when this is over.
