Picked up a carry out of Thai Lettuce Wraps on Tuesday, Jan 23, 2018 at around 12:30 PM and Ate this food at 1 PM. Starting Throwing up at 2 AM and then Diarrhea started at 4 AM Thought I was going to die for about 24 hours.
