- comments: noted some use of milk crates for elevation at the kitchen area, dishwashing area, and dry storage area. Instructed not to use milk crates for elevation to prevent hiding places for pests. Must provide appropriate shelving for storage. All food items must also be stored 6' away from the wall.

- comments: noted washrooms on the 1st floor and basement with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms

- comments: instructed to clean floors along wall base and underneath equipment especially at the kitchen food prep, dish wash washing, liquor room. Must clean and sanitize areas with rat droppings. -noted multiple holes and openings on walls and corner wall base at the kitchen behind the mixer and where ever necessary to prevent hiding places for pests.
