Opened refrigerated jar of Member’s Mark Mango Salsa with BEST USED BY date APR 14 2022 and used a small amount in cooking with no consequence. The jar was returned to refrigerator promptly. The next day, ate cold from refrigerator on tortilla chips, in late in evening.
Woke up the next morning with headache, nausea, stomach cramping, feverish, chills, and vomiting that lasted til evening.

Several months ago we got a membership here. Since then, we have been purchasing beef and chicken because obviously the prices are nice. Well, we have noticed that every time we eat the beef or chicken (chicken breast/thighs, steaks, ground beef, beef roast) we end up with
stomach pain, bloating, headaches, and diarrhea all day the next day and sometimes it has hit us in the middle of the night. At first, I wasn't sure if it was the meat or possibly something going around. But of course as time went on and we continued, we noticed the pattern. My guess is they are not being sanitary and the meat isn't being held at the proper temperatures. It always looks and smells just fine and tastes just fine but it's obvious that it is making us sick. Poor quality at its finest. Should have known better. Now I do.

I bought already cooked Chicken parmesan from sams club and but it in the oven for about 1 1/2 and a little after I ate it I felt awful couldn't leave the bathroom.

contains wheat, mustard, soy, fish, and eggs, not listed on the label. As of now, no allergic reactions related to this product have been reported to MAPAQ.
The recalled product is:

Right after drinking my strawberry kid size smoothie. Right after finishing it with in 15 min. I instantly had a light diarrhea. Then I was quickly able to hold the rest till I got to the bathroom. I was at work too which makes it very embarrassing to have to deal with.
