My mother ordered the waters April the 5th it was delivered April 11th I believe I drink the water on 14th and that night I got extremely sick I got severe stomach pains and headaches i had other symptoms but those were the worst I did not
pay attention to the floating particles in the water until my mom brought it to my attention that she was sick as well and then notified me of the recall but by that time me and my 4 year old daughter had already gotten sick

I purchased a case of Waiakea water via Sam’s Club on line on April 5, 2024. I received the water on April 11,2024 via shipping to my home. I drank the first bottle on Friday April 12,2024. Saturday morning around 3am I was awaken with chills, shivering,
stomach pain and cramps, headache, feeling lightheaded, severe bowl movements. I suffered from Saturday-Monday, April 15, 2024. In the meantime I am still consuming partial frozen bottles of water. Unaware of the issue from the water. I call urgent care on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. They tell me to go to be seen. I am now severely lethargic and lightheaded. Shortly after I lay down I ask my granddaughter to bring me a bottle of water from the box. She says the water has white stuff floating in the water. I tell her to bring the water to me. I see a lot of white cloud like particles floating in the water. I get several more unopened bottles from the box they all have this stuff floating in the water. My bowls and stomach have not gotten back to normal yet. Today is Friday, April 19 and I still have mild cramping, swollen roof of mouth, swollen and soar tongue, and dehydration.

I got food poisoning from eating their Member's Mark Pineapple Spears. I woke up in the middle of the night, vomiting and suffering dizziness and sweating. I will never eat this product again. Stay away from it.

Last week my daughter had ham and cheese lunchables. We chopped it up to catching a stomach bug at school. After no one else got sick in our family, and she had a repeat this week of eating ham and cheese lunchables, we now know that's to blame. Never buying lunchables again.

I purchased a box of Lucky Charms from my local store over a month ago. I had two bowls in the late afternoon and this is before I heard of any issues with the cereal. I felt so horribly ill the next morning that I called my
brother to say "I don't know what was in the cereal I hate yesterday but I woke up so sick with stomach issues." I actually poured the cereal into gallon size Zip Lock bags in case they find out there was an issue with the cereal. I still have them. Ugh.

Last week I'm pretty sure it was the moldy green pie I ate in the middle of the night I bought the JJPeach pie on the way home from Floral city. It was getting late ,and I hadn't eaten anything, but was tired and fell asleep. I
woke up very hungry and in the dark about 3 am. Open the pie are a big old bite. I was half Sleep but realized it tasted bad after I swallowed. It made me very sick . Nausia vomiting sweating. Cramps and the screaming sh*ts. I thought I was going to die.. and I still don't feel right.

Recall notice
Zoto Sushi, a company operating in select Metro stores, has issued a recall for several of its products due to the undeclared presence of allergens. The recall, announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) and the Food Inspection Division of the City
of Montreal, affects consumers with allergies to soy, wheat, fish, sulphites, or eggs, as well as those with celiac disease or other gluten-induced illnesses. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.
The products that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale to the following establishments:
3000, boulevard De La Rousselière, in Montreal
450, boulevard Don-Quichotte, in Notre-Dame -de-l’Île-Perrot
6333, rue Beaubien Est, in Montreal
107, boulevard Cardinal-Léger, in Pincourt
305, boulevard Iberville , in Repentigny
The recalled products include "Zoto Gyoza", "Zoto Avocado Poberge", and "Zoto Shrimp Tempura Rol". These products, sold in transparent plastic containers and refrigerated, may contain allergenic substances not mentioned on the label. The recall applies to all batches of these products whose labels do not include mention of the allergens.
Do not consume recalled products to which you are allergic or sensitive as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products.

This morning I bought the tomato and spinach Health Choice simply steamers. I couldn't finish the complete meal. I started getting The shakes. The rest of the day I was back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps. This meal was the only thing
that I ate today outside of my normal diet.
