I went to McDonald’s around 2:00pm on 2/25/18. I had a crispy chicken snack wrap (ranch) with French fries and a Carmel frappe. This was the only thing I ate that day. My symptoms started at 5:00pm that same day. I became extremely nauseous becoming very hot. I then had burning diarrhea that was all liquid. I continued to be nauseous and the diarrhea became very dark and coffee ground like still continuing to burn. I was finally able to sleep and at 6:00am on 2/26/18 my symptoms worsened. I was screaming in pain and had to go to the doctor immediately. They diagnosed me with food poisoning and the nurse reported she too had the same symptoms as me and had ate a day earlier than I. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
