Ate a few pieces of pizza and some cheesy bread. Seemed good, but about 30 mins after was in the bathroom throwing up with massive diarrhea. I went to Panera Bread just before they were closing and order a Caeser salad. Shortly after eating the salad, i vomited and experienced loose stools. I think the dressing had been allowed to reach a warm temperature since it was late Sunday evening.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos
