2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: no certified food manager on site while preparing and serving tcs food such as ham sandwich, egg sandwich, steak sandwich,etc. Chicago certificate posted on site but the said person is not on site. Priority foundation 7-38-012. No citation issued. Instructed manager that certified food manager must be on site while serving and preparing tcs food. Christopher patino certified food service manager,arrived on site at 9:30am during inspection.
