- comments: no chicago food sanitation manager on site while tcs foods being prepared and served (rice, steak, etc). A certified manager must be on site at all times tcs food is prepared and served. Priority foundation. 7-38-012 citation issued.

9. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: food handler using bare hands to touch ready to eat tortillas, steak, and garnishing tacos with tomatoes , cilantro and onions with bare hands. Bare hand contact with ready to eat is prohibited. Citation issued priority 7-38-010
