Buttery Jack Illness Recurrence - Jack in the Box,

I had the Portobello Mushroom Buttery Jack for lunch about 1pm. By the evening, I was deathly ill with headache, nausea and vomiting. As the night went on, I had diarrhea, too. Oddly enough, the last time I was that sick was several years ago after eating at.....Jack in the Box (a different location). I hate to falsely accuse, but this was just too coincidental. I love their burgers, but a little afraid to eat there now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
