Cereal Causes Severe Nausea - Lucky Charms, Hamilton Ontario

My son ate the Lucky Charm cereal on our hotel at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania during our vacation on April 16, 2022. After 5-6 hrs of eating the cereal, he was vomiting and is not feeling well anymore until now (April 18, 2022). He vomited in the hotel twice and in our car.
