My family doesn't eat McDonald's that much and yesterday we wanted something quick so around 4pm we got some. An hour later me and my mother got an upset stomach and started vomiting and had diarrhea all night we didn't eat anything after the McDonald's because of how nauseous we were. It's the next day and we still feel weak and have the same symptoms as yesterday. My little brother only had a couple fries and woke up vomiting this morning. My sister the next day starting getting the same symptoms me and my mother had. It's been 24 hours since we ate the McDonald's and we are all sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
