Hospitalized After Taco Combo - Taco Bell,

I ordered the number 7 and ate it but took the soft taco that comes with it home and ate it later as a snack. The next morning I awoke early with stomach pains and nausea. I vomited all day long until late that night. Also ibwas running a fever and had gas. The next day due to the vomiting I got dehydrated and passed out while trying to walk. I was taken to the hospital and was given fluids and was told I more then likely had food poisoning. (Since all the tests came back negative for other things) it's now been 3 days and while I finally feel like myself some smells still make my stomach feel uneasy. I will never eat at the taco bell in Kinston ever again. I could have been seriously ill had I not gone to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
